The Centers Approach: Body Center Modules & Discussion Group, Led by Jen Meeks

We invite you to join us for this transformative exploration of the Enneagram body center of intelligence.

This group will meet for three sessions on Zoom: April 17, April 24 and May 1 from 12-2pm

The cost for all three sessions is $179. Resources such as videos, meditations and documents will be available for you to view and access online during and after the group.

By understanding the Centers Approach to the Enneagram, we can move beyond cognitive learning and into embodied wisdom.

In this course you will:

  • You might already know your Dominant Center (Head/Heart/Body) if you’ve been learning the Enneagram. Regardless of your Dominant Center, this course is designed for all Enneagram types. We will learn the core function of the Body Center to understand the subtle ways we are over- or underusing this Center which drives thoughts, emotions and interactions because it is housed in your body.

  • Whether the body center is your dominant center or not, the work is in in bringing your Three Centers into attunement. We somatically contract when we grind toward perfection, so we are aiming for a practice. You will learn practical skills for Centers awareness and opening to other centers.

  • Better understand our patterns – and those of others – who lead with types 9, 8 and 1. Your level of awareness as it relates to these types could be impacting the quality of your relationships. Become more aware of energy and impact.

  • We become what we practice. Your thinking patterns (often deeply impacted by your Enneagram type) are held in your body which is why you sometimes react in ways that aren’t in alignment with your values. Working with a Pause Practice is a way of uprooting conditioned tendencies.
