We invite you to join us for this transformative exploration of the Enneagram.
By understanding the Enneagram, we can begin to become aware of our thoughts, feelings and actions, as well as the motivations that are in constant motion, driving our decisions, relationships and inner experience.
Better understanding our patterns – and those of others – will help you become more aware of your energy and impact. Increased levels of awareness help as you better relate to yourself and to others, impacting the quality of your relationships personally and professionally.
What is included - Videos:
- Enneagram Type. We go through each of the 9 types to explore the core motivations and key characteristics.
- Work Styles. Compliance types are 1/2/6, Initiators are 3/7/8 and Solosists are 4/5/9. Please view the video of your work style.
- Centers of Intelligence. You might already know your Dominant Center (Body / Heart / Head) - Body types are 8/9/1, Heart types are 2/3/4 and Head types are 5/6/7. Please view the video about Centers of Intelligence. [OPTIONAL]
We become what we practice. You will learn practical skills for awareness and development. The work is in bringing your Three Centers online - body, heart and head. Working with a Pause Practice is a way of uprooting conditioned tendencies. We somatically contract when we grind toward perfection, which isn't the goal! Aim for practice.
Your Instructor
As your facilitator, you can rest assured you will be guided with care, wisdom and sensitivity. You will be challenged beyond your comfort zone because that's how growth happens. At the same time, you will also be given time to digest and integrate your learning. With a background in dispute resolution, conflict management, and communications, as your facilitator we will collectively foster a warm and safe learning experience together. My passion for development and team dynamics shines through engaging and interacting as a facilitator. Through the Enneagram, I have had transformative experiences that have enhanced my personal and professional relationships. I hope this experience guides helps to foster self-discovery!
