Life poses a series of developmental hurdles that seem strange and threatening when they come upon us. We get settled and comfortable in our new landscape and then life throws us, once again, into uncharted territory. In this class we LEARN about the 8 passages, but dive into the 4 passages in the 2nd Half of Life. Each passage is, in some sense, a dilemma at best and a crisis at its most challenging. Our life journey is to open to each passage even when it feels strange or frightening and grow into it. We support you in doing that. 1. Before each class, you will listen to a podcast, watch a video or read an essay. These materials will be springboards for teaching, sharing and PRACTICE. 2. You will create a guiding Intention to support consistency throughout the sessions. 3. You will learn practices to support the cultivation of your INNER body and aliveness.
